This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds and applies only to purchases made directly from Earthy via our official website or authorized sales channels. If your order was placed through a third-party retailer, distributor, or online marketplace, please contact them directly, as their policies will apply.
Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our juices, returns are accepted only if you have received the wrong item, if the product is damaged upon delivery, or if it is past its expiry date at the time of arrival.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing our support team at care@earthy.co.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with, or if the request is made after the specified time frame.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued for orders purchased directly from Earthy that meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as personal taste preferences, minor natural variations in color or texture, or delays caused by courier services beyond our control.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.
